This is Refund Policy for SPARK Technologies, will process all refund requests with this Refund Policy.
Note that SPARK Technologies may vary this Refund Policy at any time. If we vary this Refund Policy, we may or may not provide notice by publishing the varied Refund Policy on our Website. Your continued use of our website will be deemed as acceptance of the varied terms by you.
To request a refund, you must submit a service cancellation request through by sending an email to contact@thesparktech.com or create support ticket for refund via portal Client | SPARK Technologies within the time stipulated in this Refund Policy for the relevant service you wish to cancel.
Service Commencement
Refunds are generally not issued once maintenance and support services have commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, the initiation of scheduled updates, security checks, troubleshooting efforts, or any active support provided.
Refund Eligibility and Verification
All refund requests are subject to internal review and verification of the client's historical refund activity across any and all products or services previously rendered by SPARK Technologies. No refunds will be initiated or processed without the successful completion of this verification process. This measure is implemented to ensure fairness and prevent potential misuse of our refund policy.
General Refund Process
- Prerequisite for Refund: A refund can only be considered or issued following the formal cancellation of the associated service(s).
- Refund Processing Timeframe: Approved monetary refunds will be processed and completed within five (5) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of the formal refund request.
- Online Payment Gateway Transactions: Refunds for purchases made via any online payment gateway processor, including but not limited to RazorPay and Cashfree, will generally be processed back to the original source of payment. SPARK Technologies shall not be held responsible for any additional charges, fees, or processing delays imposed by the respective online payment processing company or the client's financial institution.
- Single Refund Entitlement: Under no circumstances will the same product or service be eligible for a refund more than once.
Effect of Cancellation on Service Provision
- Upon cancellation of any service(s), access to such service(s) shall remain active until the conclusion of the current subscription plan's term.
- However, it is explicitly understood that SPARK Technologies shall not be obligated to perform any further work, support, or maintenance activities related to the cancelled service(s) beyond the effective date of cancellation, regardless of the remaining subscription period. This clause clarifies that while access persists, active service delivery ceases upon cancellation.
Overpayment
- If we become aware that you have overpaid for any service, we will initiate refund for that amount.
Website/Mobile App Design & Development
If the client changes his/her mind about doing work with SPARK Technologies
- Initial Refund Window: A full refund of the order value, less any applicable bank transaction fees, may be issued if a cancellation request is received within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial payment.
- Post-Initial Window: No refunds, partial or full, will be provided for website and mobile application design and development projects beyond the aforementioned forty-eight (48) hour period. This policy is in effect due to the immediate allocation of resources and commencement of project-related activities upon the expiration of this initial window.
Website Maintenance
- If you cancel your subscription or service agreement before any maintenance or support activities have begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid fees.
- Notification of cancellation must be received within 48-hours of making the payment in writing (via email to contact@thesparktech.com or through our designated Client | SPARK Technologies portal).
- There is no refund on renewal of above stated services.
Non-Refundable Items/Situations:
- Fees for any third-party licenses, any hosting(s) server(s), plugins, themes, or any services purchased on your behalf.
- Costs associated with domain registrations or SSL certificates.
- Work already completed or hours already expended on your project or support request.
- Any transactional fees incurred during the original payment.
Payments Issues
If you mistakenly made any payment in error, please contact us immediately on contact@thesparktech.com, our representative will connect you within few hours.

- Name and Mobile number
- Payment date and time
- Source of payment
- Transaction ID (If available)

If you have purchased a digital subscription from SPARK Technologies and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within the stipulated time as mentioned above.
